JVS’ Career Moves program serves the workforce development needs of the Greater Boston-area Jewish community. The program’s fee-based services are affordable and customized to each client’s needs. In addition to one-to-one job search coaching and career counseling/testing, Career Moves provides industry panels, workshops, peer support groups, mentoring and access to volunteer career advisors who provide networking, advice and leads on further contacts and job openings.

Career Moves has specialized expertise with mature workers. In addition, the Jewish Women’s Mentoring Network connects women who are earlier in their careers with seasoned professionals for career guidance and support. Long-term unemployed and underemployed members of the Jewish community may qualify for greatly discounted services. Career Moves has offices in Boston and Newton.
