
After learning about open positions at Boston's Fairmont Hotel, staff from JVS' Refugee Services department prepared a group of qualified candidates to complete applications and prescreening interviews. After two rounds of interviews, four clients were hired.
The hotel was so impressed by JVS' clients that they requested additional candidates when more positions became available. Soon, three more JVS clients were hired.
A strong partnership is now being built between JVS and the Fairmont Hotel. Clients are excited about working for a prestigious company that offers excellent benefits and real opportunities for advancement, and Fairmont staff are pleased by the hardworking, intelligent and diverse candidates JVS continues to provide.
