Who is eligible?  Individuals:
 

o must have a green card or equivalent.
o must be a permanent resident for at least five years.
o be moderately proficient in English (English proficiency will be assessed prior to class).
o must be able to pay $675 to submit their N-400 application.


 

Services will include:
 

o U.S. History and Civics lessons.
o assistance completing the N-400 application.
o preparation for the interview with a USCIS official.
o referral to support services if needed.
o follow up sessions and tutorials.
