JVS offers career development services to help retain and promote your employees. Services include: career coaching, mentorship programs, professional development seminars, tax preparation services, citizenship assistance, and Individual Development Accounts and financial literacy.

JVS will develop and customize training and education services for your employees at your location. Based on your business and workforce development goals, JVS will provide: English language classes (for non-native speakers), adult basic education, pre-college classes, customer service training, effective communication classes, supervisory training, computer classes, and medical terminology classes.

JVS provides outplacement services for employers who are downsizing or need assistance with employees who are transitioning out of the organization.
