Mentorship Program
JVS will provide a customized mentorship program to meet your organization’s needs. Programs utilize the senior staff within your organization to mentor junior level staff. Citizenship Assistance
JVS citizenship classes at your company can assist employees in completing the federal Application for Naturalization, as well as, preparing for the subsequent citizenship interview and learning about US History and the benefits and privileges of becoming an American citizen. Individual Development Accounts & Financial Literacy
An Individual Development Account (IDA) is a custodial “match” savings account in which participants earn $2 for every dollar $1 they save over a 12-to -30 month period. Upon reaching their savings goals, participants can use the money to pay for tuition, fees, books and any other costs associated with obtaining a degree or certificate from an accredited institution of higher learning.
