Customer Service

This course emphasizes developing relationship building in customer facing roles. Courses help employees hone skills in communication, critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork, conflict engagement, and change management. Through highly contextualized, interactive and experientially based curriculum, students learn skills that will better equip them to be successful in their jobs and deliver excellent customer service experiences.
