
Kevin Parham
Vice President of Career Services
As Vice President of Career Services, Kevin is responsible for providing the vision, strategic leadership, and oversight for all aspects of MassHire Downtown Boston Career Center operations, including planning, budgeting, program development, and dissemination of an array of workforce development services to individuals seeking new skills or education to advance their careers. He also collaborates with JVS’s Employer Engagement leadership team to fulfill the needs of business customers looking to hire qualified candidates.
Having spent 20+ years in the Massachusetts One-Stop Career Center system, Kevin brings vast knowledge and experience to his role at MassHire Downtown Boston. Prior to entering the workforce development sphere, Kevin held positions in the private sector as Manager of Customer Services and Support at International Business Machines Corporation (IBM), and General Manager of call center operations at Verizon Wireless.
Kevin has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and possesses a broad range of personal interests, including professional musician and author of four books. Also, he is a recipient of the ‘IBM MEANS SERVICE’ award and ‘YMCA Black Achievers’ award.
