Eric Swilberzweig
Chief Financial Officer
Eric is the Chief Financial Officer at JVS Boston, stewarding our budget and ensuring we can provide services to everyone who comes through our door. Prior to JVS, Eric served since 2023 as CFO of WORK Inc., based in Boston’s Dorchester neighborhood, a nonprofit organization committed to empowering people with disabilities and their families and strengthening communities through comprehensive support and services. Previously, he also served as CFO for Human Service Management Corp. of Milford, a provider of business and consulting services to non-profit agencies, and Lifestream Inc. of New Bedford, which works with adults with disabilities and children with autism.
Eric earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from North Adams State College, now known as the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Boston University. An Ashland native, Eric also volunteers as treasurer for several 501(c)3 organizations.
