Chief People Officer
As the Chief People Officer, Kadesh is responsible for leading the execution of our People & Culture strategy in support of the overall vision, mission, and strategic direction of JVS.
Working closely with the CEO and the Executive Team, Kadesh will establish the direction of JVS’s People & Culture efforts to ensure that all pillars of the employee lifecycle include succession planning, DE&I, talent management, change management, employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational and performance management and that they align with the future state of a robust culture at JVS.
Kadesh’s global leadership experience draws on HR management roles inside and in consultation with a variety of organizations. Kadesh most recently served as Chief of Human Resources for Ivy Gate International Education Group and she served as a leading Human Resources management consultant to the New England nonprofit sector. Kadesh grew up in Roxbury and attended Boston Latin Academy and earned her BA and MBA from Northeastern University.
