Building Confidence as Young Adults Transition to the Workforce

< 1 Minute Read >

Reese received support through JVS Boston’s Transitions to Work program, building confidence, developing his professional skills, and gaining real-world work experience through an internship with Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital.

Thank you to Commonwealth Corporation for their ongoing support of Transitions to Work, and for sharing Reese’s story of success!

"Thanks to CommCorp funding, we are able to catch young adults who did not have access to Transitions to Work during high school, and provide then with real world, employer-based internships where they can develop the array of skills they need to transition into employment."
