Training Overview

Open to UMass Memorial Health Staff and their referred friends, family, and community members
Program starts April 2025 with recruitment ending on February 17th
Six-week, PAID in-person training plus $3,000 stipend for all participants who complete the training and are in good standing at time of payment

Details

Results in a job as a Patient Care Associate at UMass Memorial Health, paid a minimum of $18.26 per hour day shift, $20.26 per hour evening shift, and $22.26 per hour overnight shift (rates include shift differentials)
Credentials included with this program: Home Health Aide (HHA), CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), and First Aid

$18.26 - $22.26

Do You Qualify?

Must have a HS Diploma, GED, or foreign equivalency
Must be able to work every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday) and holiday
Must have at least intermediate English skills
Must be willing to get an MMR vaccination and take a TB test
Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test
