Introductory HVAC and Heat Pump Training Program

JVS is partnering with Franklin Cummings Tech to provide a 6-week in-person training program designated to provide entry-level skills in heat pump installation, maintenance, and system troubleshooting. JVS coaching is provided throughout the program including 1-week of job readiness training and employment support as graduates enter the workforce.

Do You Qualify?

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have HSD or GED
  • Must have Intermediate/ High Level English skills
  • Must have Proof of Vaccinations
  • Must be Able to Pass CORI Background Check
  • Must have Clean Driver License and Reliable Transportation
  • Ability to Stand 8 hours
  • Ability to Lift 30 pounds
  • Able to climb a ladder
