JVS is partnering with Franklin Cummings Tech to provide a 5-week in-person training program arming qualified candidates with the skills needed for a career as a Maintenance Technician. JVS coaching is provided throughout the program including 1-week of job readiness training and employment support as graduates enter the workforce.

Classes are held part-time at night from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.Â

Training is FREE and participants will receive a free tool bag with equipment worth $300 upon completing the program
Maintenance Technicians are OSHA 10 certified professionals who are trained to work on and maintain a variety of appliances and necessary pieces of equipment that exist in every home and building. They replace garbage disposals, manage smoke detectors, install new appliances, patch windows and holes, and conduct inspections of homes and apartment units.
